4TH JUNE 4TH JUNE!

GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER
AT THE NATIONAL STADIUM.

i'm just doing my part here. calling all Christians in Singapore to go for this event. i think and believe its gonna be an awesome thing. something that's part of God's great plan for all the nations in the world. look around you. the events happening in the world. i just feel that we should all pause for a moment and just get down and pray. pray for the nations, and our country too.
and yep i'm going! somehow i just feel the calling to go. i missed lovemg [boooohoooo] and i'm definately not missing this one. i've seen the poster so manymany times around singapore. it's like God's constant reminder of this date, 4thjune, there's this thing going on. and then we watched the video today and it really moved me to see so many people from so many diff countries get together to pray for the world and their nation. and even though singapore is much smaller than all these countries.. i believe that WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOO TO THE WORLD AND EVERYTHING AROUND US. :D

thats one of the songs that someone composed for the campfire :D super funny. but of course now everyone WANTS to GO BACK TO CAMP. RAHHHH. camp sick camp sick.
oh but its really great to be back in church for combined service and in the children's ministry! not that i missed any sundays SO FAR [ ): !!] but i felt that i haven't been worshipping Him so heartily lately.. i guess cos we sang so many camp fire songs and we were so busy and annoyed with the flies and etcetc.. and i missed my songs at home. haha! and oh yeah ym 's worship is good. much better than in school. (: but then again its your heart that counts when it comes to worship. i guess i didn't read my Bible for a long time.. leaving me quite distant from Him.
did i make sense there. i'm wondering about that now. haha.
but anyway. it really did feel GREAT to be in church! combined service was awesome. pastor Alvin chan gave a good message today. something that really applied to me. :D :D hehe.
and before that we had this meeting with adena, anne and aunty lichoo. together with deborah and elizabeth. its really nice to meet up with them again. we haven't had a meeting for a long time. haha! and they said they wanted to spilt up the sunday school group. again. you know how many thousand times throughout my years in 730 they did that. hopefully this time it'll last. and i'm gonna try to ensure it cos i always thought that spilting them up was a better idea. in fact muchmuch better. hahaha. and deb, me, jamie, esther, elizabeth and joanne has been given the task of leading worship for the younger ones! so honoured man. (: Praise God for this opportunity of serving Him even better than i used to. and woah i think i have to do a duty roster. AND I FORGOT HOW TO WORK MICROSOFT EXCEL EEEYER. oh well. then this would be the PERFECT chance to show off my oh so wonderful handwriting

oh today something rather funny happened betweeen deborah, me and... me :D
deborah remarked that she had to buy new school shoes cos she threw her old one away during obs. and then i exclaimed 'oh yeah i also need to buy new ones cos i threw mine away too!' and then we thought of going to buy school shoes together. hahahaa thats so random but ANYWAY, then we kinda set it to tues. and then we went off for ym.

then after that when we were going to sit down, it suddenly occured to me : eh i'm going to school on MONDAY already.. how can buy school shoes on tues ?!
HAHAHAHAHA. i'm so absent minded hurr. and cos deb have friends going to her place on mon for maths project.. i bought it today when mummy went to isetan and daddy, esther tabi and i went united square. haha.

i'm awefully disappointed in you. really. i never dreamt that you'll do such a thing. you know how much it breaks my heart. sigh.
